Yellow identifies the No. 5 grade. Across the Rectorseal range the colours are formulations rather than tints: No. 5 yellow, T Plus white, Tru-Blu blue, each with its own approved services. Verify those against Rectorseal's data rather than assuming a general-purpose sealant covers gas or potable water.

The 4 oz size is the practical one for a toolbox, and the reason is shelf life rather than economy. Sealant is used a brushful at a time, and an opened can skins and thickens. A small can gets consumed; a large one bought for the unit price sits in a van until it is unusable.
