RGF Reme Halo Zero Air ZERO-H4-AC-T

The RGF ZERO-H4-AC-T is a REME HALO Zero in-duct air purification system, installed in the supply duct of forced air heating and cooling equipment.

The Zero designation identifies the variant developed to deliver in-duct air treatment with essentially no ozone output. Ozone has been a persistent concern with ionisation based air treatment, both because of health guidance limiting indoor concentrations and because some jurisdictions and specifications restrict or prohibit ozone generating devices. The Zero configuration is intended for applications where those restrictions apply or where the specifier requires assurance on the point, including California installations and many healthcare, educational, and commercial specifications.

Functionally, the system mounts in the supply plenum and releases oxidising species into the conditioned airstream, distributing treatment through the duct system into the occupied space rather than acting only on air passing through the equipment.

The cell is a consumable with a defined service life. Output declines gradually and the unit gives no indication when effectiveness has fallen, so replacement should be scheduled by date. Cells are specific to the Zero variant and are not interchangeable with standard REME HALO cells.

Applications include residential and light commercial forced air systems where a low ozone or ozone free air purification device is required, including homes, offices, medical and dental practices, schools, and hospitality properties. Confirm duct access and control voltage before installation.
