RGF Reme Halo Air REME-H-T

The RGF REME-H-T is a REME HALO in-duct air purification system, mounted in the supply duct of a forced air system to treat the conditioned airstream and the occupied space it serves.

The operating approach distinguishes this class of product from filtration. A filter captures particles that pass through it, treating only air that physically reaches the equipment. The REME HALO instead generates ionised hydroperoxides and related oxidising species and releases them into the supply air, so that treatment continues within the occupied space itself, acting on surfaces and on air that has not yet returned to the air handler. The ionisation output also causes fine airborne particles to agglomerate into larger clusters, which the system filter can then capture more readily.

Installation is in the supply plenum downstream of the air handler, wired to operate with the blower so treatment is distributed whenever air is moving. Duct access, adequate clearance, and correct orientation are the practical installation considerations.

The cell is a consumable element with a defined service life. Because the system gives no outward indication when cell output has declined, replacement should be scheduled by date rather than by symptom.

Applications include residential and light commercial forced air systems where indoor air quality treatment is specified, including homes, offices, medical practices, schools, and hospitality properties. Verify duct dimensions and control voltage availability before installation.
