Flange Wizard FLW8910-P-1.070 Wizard Burning Guide

The Flange Wizard FLW8910-P-1.070 is the Wizard Plasma Burning Guides tool case, supplied with the 1.070 plasma bushing, in a case measuring 15 inches long by 10 inches wide by 3-1/2 inches deep.

The suffix in the part number is the specification that matters most when ordering. Plasma torch heads are not standardised across manufacturers, so a guide cannot grip a torch directly — it holds a bushing, and the bushing is sized to the torch head. The -1.070 denotes the bushing supplied, which fits torch heads from 1.030 to 1.068 inch. Order the wrong suffix and the kit will not hold your torch.

The case includes a Plasma Beveling Cutting Guide (#PBG-601-11) covering straight and radius cuts along with hole burning from 3-1/4 inch to 25 inch diameter; a magnetic base with straight pin and suction cups (#77350) for larger holes and radiuses; two ON/OFF magnetic blocks (#MSB202) for clamping to squares and straight edges; and a magnetic tape holder (#89754).

Note the hole burning range against the oxy-fuel version: 3-1/4 inch minimum here versus 5/8 inch for the oxy-fuel kit. Plasma torch geometry sets a larger minimum circle.

Verify your torch head diameter before ordering rather than assuming the bushing size.
