The All-Pro ALPCB4230XK is a contractor clean-up bag with a 42 gallon capacity, manufactured from LLDPE at a 3.0 mil grade in black. It is packaged 20 bags per roll, 2 rolls per box, for 40 bags per box.

The 3.0 mil grade is what separates a contractor bag from a household liner. Construction debris is not household waste: it is sheetrock offcuts with cut edges, broken trim with nails still in it, tile, brick fragments, and packaging with staples. A standard liner tears on the first sharp edge and empties itself on the way to the dumpster.

The material specification matters as much as the thickness. LLDPE — linear low-density polyethylene — is chosen over HDPE for this application because of how the two fail. HDPE is stiffer and resists slicing, but it splits and propagates a tear once punctured. LLDPE stretches around a sharp object and holds, which is the property that counts when the bag is full of jagged waste and has to be dragged.

At 42 gallons the bag is sized for the volume a crew generates during a jobsite clean-down, and the black finish keeps contents out of view during removal.
